C & J Farms, Inc. is located in lower Sussex county, five miles west of Seaford, Delaware. We raise black angus cattle that are grass-fed and finished. We never feed grain or use growth hormones, antibiotics, or implants. We raise our cows on rotated pastures. Our pastures are free of chemical fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides.

We are a family farm, committed to preserving our land and also raising healthy, quality beef, pastured chickens and eggs for others, as well as ourselves. All of our beef is aged, vacuum packed and frozen. This insures that our beef maintains its best flavor and has a long storage life.

We offer beef by the sample pack (30 lbs.), by the 1/4, and by the 1/2. We welcome calls and e-mail. Please do call before visiting.

Pure Indian Foods is a small family-owned business that takes pride in making an exceptional quality Ghee from Grass-Fed cows. Ghee is butter with the milk solids removed. Our family has been in this business in Northern India for 5 generations, since 1889. We make our ghee fresh, with care, in small batches, right here in the USA. We use Grass-Fed, USDA-certified Organic butter for making our ghee, and we are in the process of applying for Organic certification.

Ghee has been used for its health-giving and healing properties for thousands of years. In Ayurveda (the “science of life”), cow ghee is considered one of the most sacred foods.

Ghee is the best cooking oil as it is stable at higher temperatures, and it enhances the flavor of spices and herbs. Ghee is free of casein and lactose and is suitable for people who are allergic to dairy products. It keeps skin soft, and has anti-aging properties. Ghee contains naturally occurring CLA, Omega-3, Vitamins A, D, E & K2. It is free of harmful trans-fats.
