BUYING CLUBS

In a typical buying club, farmers consolidate orders from a number of customers and deliver them to a central location, typically a customer’s home. If you want to join a buying club in your area, contact the appropriate people below:

Apple Ridge Farm (chickens, eggs, produce, bread) is a part of the Friends of the Farm buying club, which has Wednesday on-farm pickups. Follow the link for more information.

Clan Stewart Farm operates a Community Supported Agricultural (CSA) plan that offers shares of vegetables, meat, poultry, and eggs that can be picked up weekly at the farm or in State College, PA.

Heritage Farm (beef, poultry, eggs, pork, produce) makes weekly deliveries to Pittsburgh. They send out a weekly email stating all that is available that week. To join their Buying Club Email List, send an email to buyingclub@burnsheritagefarm.com.

Kookaburra Farm (beef) delivers to buying groups in local Pennsylvania and Maryland counties.

Paradise Gardens and Farm participates in the Penn's Corner Farm Alliace CSA in Pittsburgh.

Spring Water Farm's buying club offers delivery to Philadelphia and surrounding areas. Beef, poultry, raw milk and raw milk cheeses. (717) 442-9208.
