a single ranch is southeastern Wyoming, with respect for the cattle,

cattle can graze year-round in Wyoming, until we point out that the deer
and antelope have done so for millennia.

Shiloh Valley is a small, sustainable family farm, in beautiful Sheridan, Wyoming. We offer gourmet pork from pastured Berkshire pigs, chevon from grass-finished goats, lamb from grass-finished Icelandic sheep, and eggs from pastured, heritage-breed hens.
Our animals are never fed meat by-products or GMOs, and are raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics. No artificial fertilizers or chemicals are ever applied on our farm. Our meats are sold by the quarter, half, or whole animal, as well as by individual cuts.
Our purebred Berkshire pigs are pasture-raised and fed locally-farmed grains, certified organic soybean meal, and alfalfa hay (in winter). In meat quality tests, Berkshire pork consistently tops all other breeds in marbling, juiciness, and tenderness. We offer nitrate-free hams and bacon, as well as MSG-free sausage.
Goat meat, or chevon, is a high-quality, lean, red meat, and is the most widely consumed meat in the world. Our Boer and Nubian goats are kept on pasture and woods to graze and browse, and supplemented with grass/alfalfa hay in winter. Nubians are dual-purpose for both milk and meat and have rich, delicious milk. A small ration of certified organic grain is provided to the dairy does.
Icelandic sheep are triple-purpose, providing meat, milk, and fiber. They are hardy and uniquely suited to grass-finishing. Their gourmet meat is tender, mild, and leaner than that produced by most other sheep breeds.
Our fresh eggs come from free-range, pasture-raised hens. In addition to foraging for grass and insects, they are fed locally-grown wheat and oats, and certified organic grains.
