US shoppers prefer pasture-fed lamb

Marty Gardner, leading buyer for a large US supermarket group, says that "the US consumer wants to buy pasture-fed lamb that is free of antibiotics and less fatty than the poor quality US lamb." The Eat Wild Pastured Products directory lists seventy American and Canadian suppliers of grass-fed, drug-free lamb.
