Arrowhead Beef provides USDA-inspected, farm-direct, grass-fed beef from Florida. Founded in 2010 by George Fisher, of Chipley, FL, Arrowhead Beef is a co-operative of family farms that raise the very limited French breed of lean Parthenais cattle.

In the spirit of returning to an era of simple, nutritious and locally-grown foods, Arrowhead Beef answered your call.

We are the original “farm direct grass-fed beef from Florida.”

The farm is located near Chipley, on the Florida Panhandle, where co-owner George Fisher oversees all aspects of raising the livestock and farm operations. The program truly began back in 1976 with Limousin seedstock production and what has grown out of that is what has become Arrowhead Beef.

A significant portion of George’s operation revolves around the production and conservation of forages. In addition to perennial pastures, there are several varieties of forage crops produced on for Arrowhead Beef. These forages are grazed or conserved as hay or round bale silage.

The other owner of Arrowhead Beef is Tony DeBlauw, who joined with George in 2013, coming over as a passionate consumer who wanted to provide like-minded individuals with better access to quality meats. While George tends to the animals while they're alive, Tony oversees all matters related to sales, marketing and distribution.

Cattle are raised in what we call “herd-life harmony™”, which surmises the idea of the traditional methods of pasture-raised beef, a life in which the animals never undergo stress and lead an idyllic farm life. Beef processing and aging are performed in small batches, with utmost integrity and workmanship in local, USDA-inspected facilities which are also owned by George Fisher.

Together, we here at Arrowhead Beef are one of only two farms in the entire state of Florida that legitimately raise, butcher and distribute their own meats. By being completely "cradle-to-grave" we are able to manage every level of production and ensure the highest level of quality in every piece of meat that we sell.

BDA Farm is located in the heart of Alabama in the rich Blackbelt (clay) soil. It is a 6000-acre farm raising livestock using regenerative practices on Certified Organic grass, hay, and pastures.

We believe that good food starts with the soil, so we farm as part of the ecosystem. We consider the effects of our actions on all organisms from the fungi and bacteria in the soil to the birds and mammals that roam the surface, the streams that meander through and aquatic species within them, to the plants and air, and to the people who work the land and consume the products we produce. We practice principles to restore the land, respect nature, and ensure a sustainable future.

At BDA we mimic nature by placing each species in their optimal environment and implementing rotational grazing to complement nature's natural cycles.

Beef. Our cows are pastured and grass-fed (not just grass-finished) and rotate to fresh pasture daily, munching on the diverse native species.

Pork. Our hogs are pastured/forested, rooting and wallowing to their heart's content. They are supplemented with non-GMO feed and rotated weekly.

Lamb. Our hair-breed lambs are pastured and grass-fed, having access to new pastures daily.

Honey. We also have the privilege of having enough acres to ensure a pesticide-free environment for busy bees to thrive. They have access to organic wildflowers and make delicious local honey.

We offer USDA-certified frozen meat by cuts, and as whole, halves, and quarters, as well as raw honey, beef sticks, and more!

Come visit us at our BDA Farm Store in Marion, AL, or by attending a BDA event on-farm.

Our wide selection of products is also available at our online store for pick-up, local home delivery, or shipping to 12 states. *All our orders are packed with recyclable/biodegradable materials."

Feed the Earth (FTE) Farms is a market farm in northern Alabama offering pastured chicken, turkey, eggs, mushrooms, honey, and vegetables. FTE Farms uses regenerative farming practices to build up the soil, increasing the nutrient density of the food grown and produced from it. We only use non-GMO feed and eschew the use of antibiotics, vaccines, added hormones, or chemical fertilizers.

We began our journey into pastured-based, nutrient-dense foods about 15 years ago when Terry was diagnosed with a severe case of Crohn's disease. After the doctor prescribed all the medications he could, he instructed us to seek out nutrient-rich foods to nourish the body and promote its ability to heal. He specifically directed Angie to make bone broth weekly, and he emphasized the importance of pastured meats, if we could get them. That led Angie into researching which foods were nutritionally superior and ways to unlock the nutrition in our food.

As we read more about pasture-based meats and rotational grazing, we caught the vision of running our own farm and raising quality, nutrient-dense foods for our family as well as for others. In 2017, we bought an old farm and began rebuilding the house as well as building up the soil through managed intensive rotational grazing (MIRG) practices.

Though we had educated ourselves extensively through books and videos on regenerative farming, those learning tools were no replacement for hands-on experience. We have learned a lot over the past few years, through both the pains and joys of caring for our land and our livestock.

We invite you to get to know your local farmer and all the wonderful, fresh, local foodstuffs available!

Marview Farms proudly provides organically raised, grass finished beef, lamb,AGA_logo and goat, as well as woodlot pastured pork, pastured, NON-GMO chicken and eggs, raw pet food, raw cow’s milk (from Cedar Rock Dairy), and honey.

Our animals are born, pasture-raised, pasture-finished, and USDA processed here at our farm on soils cultivated using organic agricultural methods. We are American Grassfed Association certified. We take seriously the responsibility of providing clean, healthy, nutritious meats to our family and customers—with the added bonus of also providing a great eating experience!

Through a tried-and-true method of rotational grazing, our herd at Marview Farms is hormone-free and we are an antibiotic-less farm. Our animals are raised free-range, without immune system altering vaccinations or harmful steroids and insecticides. By nurturing our animals on grass alone, they are able to ingest Mother Nature’s intended nutrients.

Our pastures do not receive any chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. We make our own compost and apply carbon sources to our pastures so they can grow healthy. This has dramatically increased our farm's water-holding capacity, which means that our grasses' deep roots have moisture at times of drought and most of the water that God provides to us stays on our farm and does not run downhill to the river. Our system is also helping our earth!

Since 2009, Marview Farms has been committed to producing happier, healthier, and calmer animals than those raised on grain. Please visit our website for more details on how we raise and feed our animals.

The motto of our farm is: Our animals live the life we would like to live if we were them.

Prospect Ridge Farms, Inc. is a small family farm in south-central Tennessee committed to providing fresh, clean, wholesome food. We offer pastured grass-fed/finished lamb and beef. We offer pastured poultry (chickens) supplemented only with custom milled corn-free, soy-free, non-GMO feed.

We utilize intensive rotational grazing practices, moving our livestock every 24-48 hours and our poultry every 12 hours. This protects our soil, our pastures, our environment, and our livestock.

Our lamb is processed from the Katahdin breed of hair sheep, producing a superior quality meat product with a milder taste than is more commonly associated with lamb.

We are USDA meat producers operating under a TN Department of Agriculture permit and currently the only producer in southern middle Tennessee offering USDA inspected and humanely processed poultry products free of corn, soy, and GMOs.

We are dedicated to education, association, and practices that are holistic and sustainable.

We are Certified Tennessee Master Small Ruminant Producers, Certified Tennessee Farmer’s Market Vendors, and members of Katahdin Hair Sheep International, and PickTN Products.

Our laying hens have full run of the farm to forage. Like our broilers, they are supplemented with corn-free, soy-free, non-GMO feed, organic flaxseed, and grubs.

In our market garden, we produce okra, beans, peas, sweet potatoes, garlic, onions, lettuce, radishes, and kohlrabi. While we are not certified ‘organic,’ we grow plants from organic seeds, using organic growing processes. We do not use chemical pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers on our garden or pastures.

The quality of our practices comes through in the quality of our products. We ascribe to the adage “We are what we eat” and we eat what our livestock and poultry ate. We are the first customers of our products.

Red Briar Farms is a small, family-owned cattle farm in the foothills of the Cheaha Mountains. We raise registered heritage Highland cattle for herd improvement and sustainable meat production.

Highland cattle are particularly well suited to low stress, low management environments, and finish beautifully on grass. Due to a double hair coat, they do not need a heavy layer of backfat for insulation, allowing them to marble naturally, and produce lean, high-quality cuts of beef. Highlands are slow maturing, making their meat flavorful and succulent. Our herd is raised on wide open pastures of mixed native grasses, clover, and fescue, using rotational grazing and sustainable pasture management for the health of the land and the cattle. They are antibiotic- and hormone-free, and all grass-fed. They receive hay only the few short months of winter when the pastures are dormant. Our fescue hay is produced on our own farm.

Harvesting is done at a local certified facility to reduce stress from transportation. Beef is sold by the whole, half, or quarter carcass. We will ship. Please see the website for photos of our beautiful animals, and more information on the breed.
