Arrowhead Beef provides USDA-inspected, farm-direct, grass-fed beef from Florida. Founded in 2010 by George Fisher, of Chipley, FL, Arrowhead Beef is a co-operative of family farms that raise the very limited French breed of lean Parthenais cattle.

The farm is located near Chipley, on the Florida Panhandle, where co-owner George Fisher oversees all aspects of raising the livestock and farm operations. The program truly began back in 1976 with Limousin seedstock production and what has grown out of that is what has become Arrowhead Beef.
A significant portion of George’s operation revolves around the production and conservation of forages. In addition to perennial pastures, there are several varieties of forage crops produced on for Arrowhead Beef. These forages are grazed or conserved as hay or round bale silage.
The other owner of Arrowhead Beef is Tony DeBlauw, who joined with George in 2013, coming over as a passionate consumer who wanted to provide like-minded individuals with better access to quality meats. While George tends to the animals while they're alive, Tony oversees all matters related to sales, marketing and distribution.
Cattle are raised in what we call “herd-life harmony™”, which surmises the idea of the traditional methods of pasture-raised beef, a life in which the animals never undergo stress and lead an idyllic farm life. Beef processing and aging are performed in small batches, with utmost integrity and workmanship in local, USDA-inspected facilities which are also owned by George Fisher.
Together, we here at Arrowhead Beef are one of only two farms in the entire state of Florida that legitimately raise, butcher and distribute their own meats. By being completely "cradle-to-grave" we are able to manage every level of production and ensure the highest level of quality in every piece of meat that we sell.

Bernal Homestead is a 70-acre silvopasture ranch in Live Oak, FL. We grow all-natural pastured Dexter beef, KuneKune pork, turkey, chicken, and eggs. We grow to feed ourselves and sell the surplus to fund the farm.
Our cows live on grass alone, and we feed only organic, no-soy, no-GMO to our other livestock. No MRNA vaccines, ever. Our pigs have a healthy forage of acorns and pecans, and our chickens have an unlimited supply of Florida bugs.

Lake Meadow Naturals is located just outside Orlando, FL and just one mile off the 429 and West Road with easy access from the turnpike. Longleaf Pasture Farm is an 80-acre farm in North Florida. We raise broiler chickens and laying hens (eggs) on pasture with frequent moves to new pasture to fertilize our grass for our grass-fed beef cattle.
We raise our pigs (pork) in the forest where they are rotated frequently to grassy paddocks. Our cows are rotationally grazed. We grow vegetables using organic methods in our garden.
We feed a premium non-GMO feed to our pigs and chickens.

Longview Farms is a family farm in Havana, Florida built on the premise that healthy foods come from healthy soils. We feed the soil with only natural, organic inputs and we use the interrelationship between animals and plants to build fertility in the soil and resilience in the animals. We raise cows and pastured chickens for meat and eggs. We rotate the cows and chickens regularly to add natural fertilizer to the soil while ensuring the animals are eating the most nutritious grasses and legumes.

Pasture Prime Wagyu produces 100% Grass-fed WAGYU “American Kobe” Beef.
We are among only a handful of farms in this country that produce 100% grass-fed Wagyu beef. The majority of our herd is purebred Wagyu. Over 90% of Wagyu meat produced in this country is only 50% Wagyu, which can lead to an inconsistent product.
Our Wagyu herd was obtained from the Blue Rock Cattle Co. owned by Jerry Pittenger, a founding father of the Wagyu breed in this country. Our family has been farming on the same homestead since 1976 with a commitment and passion for providing the highest quality products nature will allow. We spent 27 years in the dairy business before transitioning to sustainably raised beef, pork and poultry.
We never use any antibiotics, hormones, or animal byproducts and all animals are treated with care and respect. We are Animal Welfare Approved.
We raise several heritage breeds of hogs: Berkshire (Korobuta), Chester Whites, and Mangalitsa—the world famous “wooly pigs” from Austria and Hungary. These animals spend most of their days in over 20 acres of wood, foraging for nuts, roots, and insects in addition to their supplemental feeds. The farm-produced bacon, sausage and delicious meats are beyond compare.
We also offer Pasture Raised Heritage White chickens. These birds are fed on a NON-GMO ration and taste like “chicken” is supposed to taste. We process regularly on the farm and can also provide free-range eggs (for pick-up only).

Price Creek Farm is a small family farm just south of Lake City, Florida. Sampson Family Farm is a family operation located in North Central Florida. We are selling all grass (forage) fed beef custom harvest by the quarter, half or whole animal.
We are an American Grassfed Association Certified Producer and Animal Welfare Approved for humane raising and handling. Our farm continues our farm education through the Beef Quality Assurance Program and practice good steward of our land with the Suwannee CARES program.
Our Angus cattle are free of hormones and antibiotics; they are only fed high quality grass and forage based hay grown on our farms. Harvested at 800–900 pounds offers our customers a tender, lean beef, we sell quarter, half or whole, will deliver to processor and can deliver to you or you pick up. Our beef is perfect for your family’s health and your pocket book.

White Oak Pastures is a sixth-generation, 152-year-old family farm in Bluffton, Georgia. We take pride in farming practices that focus on regenerative land management, humane animal husbandry, and revitalizing our rural community. We know radically traditional farming creates products that are better for our land, our livestock, and our village. We are fiercely proud of our zero-waste production system that uses each part of the animals we pasture-raise and hand-butcher on our farm.
We raise 10 species of livestock. We provide our animals with a peaceful, healthy life, and we are also committed to offering them a humane and dignified death. We process the animals on the farm, and market the beef, lamb, poultry, rabbits, eggs, vegetables, leather products, tallow goods, and pet chews directly to consumers who appreciate our artisan, small-batch products.
We believe farming must not only be sustainable, but it must also be regenerative to rebuild our soil and mitigate climate change. We have been blessed with good hard work to do and the strength to do it.

Working Cows Dairy is one of only a few of dairies in North America that are truly 100% grass fed, Animal Welfare Approved, and USDA Organic. We do process our milk—low temperature pasteurized, cream on top (closest to raw)—into most common milk products plus cheese and butter without additives. Our herd is 95% A2 tested.
NOW also selling RAW milk for Pet consumption only.
We received an award from the Good Food Foundation (total of 231 entries) for our Farmstead Cheese 2020. In 2021, our Slocomb Tomato and Garlic was a finalist. In 2023 we received an award for the Griene Tsiis, and 2024 for the Farmstead cheese, again, all from the Good Food Foundation. In April 2024 we entered in the International Dairy Competition in LA (CA) and won GOLD with our Sweet Cream Butter (over Organic Valley, they had silver), and Silver for the Farmstead Cheese and Slocomb tomato & Garlic Cheese.
We are a small, family farm and milk around 110 cows and have about another 45 more cows to come in milk soon. We have been a closed herd for the past 12 years and have not used any vaccines.

We do ship our cheese and butters.
On the farm we have an honor system in place: drive up to the farm fridge, grab what you like, and leave cash or a check in the money box by the door or use the Venmo app.
