11M Ranch. Are you looking for high quality, grass-fed beef that is naturally lower in fat and cholesterol?
11M Ranch has been raising beef in Colorado for over 100 years. Our Scottish Highland cattle have thick hair and are a slow-maturing breed which produces a high-quality, lower-fat meat compared to other beef. Research studies in the UK and USA have shown that Highland meat can be up to 38% lower in fat and 4% lower in cholesterol compared to the beef you find at the grocery store.
Our cattle are on free-range pasture their whole lives. Highland cattle like to roam, helping to manage the grassland in a sustainable way, without causing damage.
Our grass-fed, grass-finished Highland beef are available in whole and 1/2 packages. If you order prior to our butcher date, it will be custom cut and wrapped to your order. Our butcher is a local family business and delivery options are available.
We are proud to supply the highest quality meat to our customers who support local small businesses. Please let us know what you need.

Dirty Spur Cattle Company raises pure bred Texas Longhorns. All of our animals are born and raised right here in Highland, Utah and never leave one of our pastures. They are grass fed from the day they are born to the day they are slaughtered, and are never given any hormones or antibiotics.
We process our meat at the only USDA-certified slaughter house in Utah County and we deliver our meat right to your home. You can trust that these cows are all-natural, hormone-free and never given anything but grass to eat all the days of their lives.
Our meat is extremely lean and has been tested at 92–98% lean. Thanks to Texas Longhorn beef, today's health-conscious consumer doesn't have to avoid tender juicy steaks. Not only is Longhorn beef leaner than that of other breeds, it is also lower in saturated fats. The flavorful Longhorn beef has less cholesterol and calories than chicken. Definitely good news for a healthy lifestyle!
"Lean beef is good for you – and the key word is lean. Longhorn meat on the average, contains 10 percent less saturated fat than that of other cattle. That puts lean Longhorn beef on par with skinned boneless white meat of chicken and that fact may come as a surprise to many dieticians." —Dr. Joseph Graham, Cardiovascular Surgeon at St. John's Medical Center in Joplin, Missouri.
We sell our beef in quarters, halves and full cows. You can also purchase ground beef from us in any quantity at any time of year. You can read more about the amazing qualities of Texas Longhorn lean meat on our website. We'd love to talk to you more about these amazing animals. Please give us a call.

At Lair Ranch, Doug, Mary Lair and Andrew Lair and Family raise grass-finished beef and lamb along the beautiful and fertile Yellowstone River Valley just downstream from Big Timber, Montana.
We are non-certified organic, returning to the regenerative practices of our ancestors for the past many years—no pesticides or herbicides on our pastures, no hormones, antibiotics, or grain supplements in our grass-finished market beef and lamb, and gentle and humane handling in a rotational grazing system that promotes overall animal, soil, wildlife, and human health. We raise and feed our own hay for winter feed.
Our cows are Red Devon (a Heritage Breed), Red Angus and Devon/Angus crosses. The English breeds finish well on grass. We calve on pastures in May and June. It takes around 20–26 months to finish a steer on grass in this part of the Country, slower than a feed lot, but much healthier and more flavorful meat with higher levels of Omega-3 fatty acids and CLA (the good stuff). We are currently sold out of beef and are taking reservations for our next group of steers that finish in early July. These will be ready to deliver in late July and early August 2025, with more finishing in the Fall if you prefer to take delivery later in the year.
Our sheep are South African Meat Merinos (SAMMs) which are known for their outstanding carcass traits and flavor (along with very good wool). They take a little longer to finish than some breeds, but once again, are well worth the wait. We are currently selling lamb and taking reservations for purchase and delivery in late 2024 and into the first quarter of 2025.
The integrity of our business is entirely dependent upon the integrity of our processors, and we have great ones. Try our grass-finished products and we think you will agree. Please note, we also have beef and lamb organs, fat, and broth bones for sale.
We sell beef by the whole, half and quarter; lamb by the whole and half. We offer free delivery within 100 miles of Big Timber and our processors offers shipping services.
Visitors always welcome! Please call in advance as we’re out pushing water (irrigating), pulling weeds, moving livestock, or fixing something most of the time.

Meadow Maid Foods, LLC grass-fed beef is produced for the heart, from the heart.
Our beeves are raised from birth to processing on a single ranch in southeastern Wyoming, with respect for the cattle, and in harmony with nature. Cattle graze on native and irrigated pastures year-round. In the winter, we supplement with local hay for added energy and kelp for minerals.
Many people are surprised to learn that cattle can graze year-round in Wyoming, until we point out that the deer and antelope have done so for millennia.
Pastures and animals are free from pesticides, herbicides, added growth hormones, and antibiotic applications. Stress is minimized by calving in sync with nature, and animal-handling facilities are based on a low-stress Temple Grandin design. Beef is processed at an owner-operated, custom, USDA-inspected facility, aged for tenderness, and vacuum-packaged to maintain quality.
Our quality, 100% grass-fed, 100% grass-finished beef is available year-round in Southeastern Wyoming and Northern Colorado. We do not ship. Please contact us or see our website for locations and availability.
