With our milk, you can make cheese, butter, yogurt, all sorts of good things! Our eggs are a dark orange yolk signifying true pastured eggs, high in vitamin-A content.

We've been doing this for 5 years now. Please email us to get acquainted. See you soon!

Alday Farm is a husband and wife venture in SW Hardee County, and headquarters for Jersey Girls Dairy Farm (a 100% grassfed raw milk program).

The farm promotes non-certified organic methods of raising their small herd of Jersey cows. All cow pastures are organically fertilized, often with skim milk and whey byproduct from butter and cheese production.

No hormones, antibiotics, steroids or GMOs are used.

All cattle are pastured at least 23 hours a day on a grass selected for improved nutritive value. The milker cows receive alfalfa hay while being milked and when returned to the pasture they rest in the shade under the live oaks.

Jersey Girls raw milk products are guaranteed to be "Udderly Jerseylicious" and their slogan,"Our 100% grass fed cows give you 100% "REAL" all natural "LIVE" raw milk" says the rest.

We do not sell from the farm but here is a link for a current list by county of where to purchase: http://www.aldayfarm.com/where-to-purchase.

Amazin' Grazin' Beef–Lee Sly. I'm a cowboy. I have made my living working other peoples' cattle. Occasionally, I would be given dogie calves and my children would raise them on a bottle. We brought a broke leg heifer calf home that had been stepped on in the pens and the Lord said, "Don't sell her, keep her." The Lord has multiplied her into 250 head of cattle over the last 25 years.

Contrary to what I've been taught all my life, grass finished beef is the answer. I believe that Florida can produce the best beef because of our year-round ability to grow grass. I use no antibiotics, chemicals, wormers, fertilizers, or fly control. These cattle are raised on the best grasses that Florida can grow all naturally. As well as grass-finished beef, we are also offering young beef.

We're now taking orders for late fall and early winter for acorn-finished pork. In addition, we offer non-acorn finished pork all year round. We are working towards adding wild tilapia fish to our list of products in the near future.

We are also offering for sale our genetics naturally raised on south Florida grasses with no hormones or antibiotics. The last group we finished were ultrasounded before slaughter. Finished totally on grass, they reached the perfect target for grainfed beef in two years. We have heifers and bull calves of all sizes and in any quantity. Hauling is available.

If you are interested in purchasing young beef, finished beef, pork or tilapia, please contact my daughter, Jessica Nehrboss at (941) 745-5630 or sales@amazingrazinbeef.com. You should receive a reply to your email in a timely manner.

Arrowhead Beef, LLC, founded in 2010, produces 100% grass-fed beef that is raised on a small group of family farms located in Chipley, FL (Panhandle). Cattle are raised in a lifestyle we call “herd-life harmony™.” This means that livestock is never sent to feedlots or to any industrial-style beef production.

  • All farm and livestock operations managed by George Fisher, co-founder and second-generation Florida Cattlemen from Chipley, FL.
  • Heirloom Parthenais and Parthenais-cross cattle for lean, tender meat
  • 100% fed and finished on grass and forage
  • Never given antibiotics or hormones
  • No pesticides in the fields
  • Humane slaughter, local USDA-inspected harvest facility
  • Perfectly dry aged for up to 14 days, small-batch, craft processing

Our mission remains the same today: to make local, small-farm, grass-fed beef commercially available to consumers and restaurants. As you may know, Florida is actually one of the country’s largest cattle-producing states. However, the vast majority of live animals are trucked to the Midwest to enter the industrial corn feedlot system of the major beef packers. As a result, sadly, there is very little harvesting and processing capability still remaining in Florida. To overcome this obstacle and to forge an alternative, locally sustainable, small-farm food system, we purchased a nearby USDA-inspected harvest facility called Westville Meats. This enables us to manage all key steps of the process, from live operations to meat processing, including certified humane slaughter, aging, and portioning. More importantly, we offer other small-farm, local producers the ability to harvest and process meats locally.

We originally began selling portioned beef cuts direct to consumers at various green markets across Florida. Although we still regularly attend a few local green markets, most sales are now done directly on-line and shipped. Today, Arrowhead Beef is available for sale direct to consumers, as well as to distributors, retailers and restaurants. Product is sold by the ½-steer, wholesale case, or by individual portioned cuts (piece). Buying on-line is made easy on our website. We ship with UPS, direct from the farm on Tuesdays.

You can also find us at a few selected retail stores: The Butcher Shoppe in Stuart; Marando Farms and Living Green Fresh Market, in Ft. Lauderdale; Gaucho Ranch in Miami; Natures Garden in Naples; Shadowwood Farms in Palm City, FL; and by appointment at Westville Meat Market in Westville, FL.

To order for your family online today, please visit our website, or contact Tony D. at (850) 270-8804 or info@ArrowheadBeef.com. Restaurants or retail stores interested in our wholesale program, please call Tom P. at (954) 428-4525 office, or (479) 790-8133 cell, or e-mail Tom@ArrowheadBeef.com

Blacktip Cattle is a family operated ranch in Central Florida (Sumter County). We were founded on the mission to provide the best quality beef, locally grown using the ingredients nature provided. Our forage (grass) is the focus and various types are provided to ensure a diet the cattle would find in nature.

Our cattle grow happy and contented with open pastures, natural shelters and plenty of fresh water. We limit the number of cattle to ensure there is more than enough for them to graze.

All our cattle are Florida Beef and are custom harvested by the half or whole animal as you specify. Born and bred in Florida, our cattle are free of hormones and antibiotics, animal byproducts or steroids. These are the same type of beef cattle currently being sold at major retailers of “grass fed” meat. We do not mass produce cattle, we work the ranch ourselves and relish in the opportunity to provide the best quality product possible.

Please contact us for specifics about cows available for purchase. We are happy to speak with anyone interested in our program and proud to be Florida Cattlemen (women) members.

Copperhead Homestead – It is my passion to raise and sell food the way my grandparents (and great-grandparents!) did. Raising trustworthy food without chemicals, medications, or factory farming techniques. Healthy, pastured beef cattle and hand-planted heirloom produce, never coated with pesticides or herbicides.

My dream is to bring back the golden days of farming: when farmers could feed their food to their own children, when neighbors could trust their local farmers to provide safe and responsible nutrition. I believe the only way to ensure the safety and sustainability of your food is to form a relationship with your local farmer; I want to be that farmer for you. If I am not, I would still like to help you find someone to fill your family’s needs.

My cows enjoy free range over more than 200 acres. To ensure their diet remains healthy and lush, they are moved seasonally around the farm, always having access to fresh grass. I don’t need to preach about the benefits of grass fed cattle; you know their guts aren’t designed for corn, sugar, or other dietary additives they are often given for rapid weight and fat gain. This has never, and will never, happen on Copperhead. Each and every cow I sell has been raised from birth on my farm. This ensures that the cow was never given antibiotics or hormones early in life, and that the cow was not fattened with corn. This also allows me to control the genetics of my cattle population. Our cows have never received medication of any kind, and are exclusively pastured on grass and well water.

We offer several packages and free delivery on large orders to almost all of Georgia and North Florida!

Country Corner Farm, located in Jackson County just 3 miles from I-10, is a family-owned pastured-based farm raising grassfed beef without the use of routine antibiotics or growth hormones. Our cattle eat only grass and hay.

Currently we are not permitted by the state to sell beef already processed. We sell only "on the hoof." This means that you and other purchasers will share the price calculated with its weight just before harvest. We can divide a carcass into 8 or 16 equal shares so that families can get the benefit of buying the bulk beef in smaller quantities while still being affordable.

For more details, call or email. We'll be happy to answer any questions that you may have.

Florida Fresh Beef Company, conveniently located in North Central Florida, produces 100% gourmet grass fed, organically raised, Aberdeen Angus beef from free-range cattle that are raised on 850 acres of lush shaded pasture in Citra, Florida. They feast on a salad bar of pesticide-free "gourmet" forage including clover, wheat, oat and rye grass.

The cattle are then harvested not more than 40 miles away at a USDA inspected facility. Once processed, the carcasses are hung in an air ventilated refrigerated locker for up to 28 days for our "old school" dry-aging process. This process naturally tenderizes the meat and enhances its taste. The beef is then cut into gourmet roasts, steaks and Angus Burger—a local Ocala favorite. Each cut of beef, whether roast or steak, is individually packed in a vacuum bag and air sealed for freshness. Beef is available by the individual cut, various Variety Packs (saving $$$), or by the whole, half, quarter or eighth beef.

Florida Fresh Beef Company, established in 2008, is proud to be one of the first companies in almost 20 years to produce fresh local meat available to the public under USDA inspection. Our relationships with various like-minded grass-fed cattle ranchers throughout the state have allowed us to develop a consistent supply of healthy, delicious, local Florida beef available in bulk or individual cuts throughout the year.

Florida Fresh Beef Company ships throughout the state of Florida, Georgia, the Bahamas and US Virgin Islands, as well as the continental USA. A South Florida supply outlet is currently in development for the distribution of both regular and Glatt Kosher beef. We have also sucessfully developed a share program for CSA’s and Buying Clubs. We can divide a carcass into 8 or 16 equal shares to make it affordable for families to get the benefit of buying the bulk beef in smaller quantities while still saving. We do the shipping!

Glades Ridge Goat Dairy raises diary goats to produce unpasteurized milk, fresh cheese [Chevre and Fromage Blanc], Kefir and yogurt. We also produce free range eggs, and, in season, plums, peaches, pears and pecans.

Management: The dairy herd—milkers and dry does—are pastured daily. Our growing conditions are such that, with good pasture management, pasture forage is available every day. Their fresh forage is supplemented by stored forage in the form of perennial peanut hay. The milking does receive a small amount of soy-free grain [under 1 pound per day, total] on the milk stand while being milked. Laying hens are on pasture daily, and are fed supplemental grain. All of our products—dairy and eggs—are labeled “not for human consumption,” in accord with Florida law and regulation, since they are not produced or packed in an approved facility.

Check Eatwild's Florida Beyond the Farm page for the location of farmers markets and stores that carry our products.

Grandmother's Farm is a natural sustainable grass based farm cared for by my wife and I with our nine children. The farm name is a tribute to "Bami," the children's grandmother, who loved the beauty of the farm and having her grandchildren be part of it with her.

Although we are not certified organic, all of our pastures are managed organically and we do not use hormones, steroids, antibiotics or chemical wormers in our production. Our pastures are fertilized and kept pest-free strictly by organic methods. We have high quality, tender, grassfed and grass finished beef available by request. Our cows do not just stand on grass while they eat grain and chemical laden additives, grass and high quality hay is the entire diet. This is a point you need to investigate whenever you think you are buying grassfed beef. Depending on the time of year, we may also have organically grown herbs, vegetables, hanging baskets, and fruit trees.

E-mail us for beef availability. We do not ship and prefer to sell locally.

We also offer organic landscape management and pasture restoration services under the name Organic by Design. We can get you off the water polluting and health destroying monthly chemical spray and fertilization treadmill.

Green Acres Farm is a small family farm in the Northwest corner of Florida, less that a mile south of the Alabama-Florida border. We moved from Pensacola, with our two children, in the spring of 2007 to develop a small-scale farm. We have learned a lot about sustainability and the realities of the current food system over the past three years, and we continue to learn.

Our farm philosophy is based on working with nature. We raise our animals on pasture, utilizing rotational grazing, compost and organic inputs to increase the vitality of life in the soil. This enables us to raise stronger, healthier animals, and, in turn, clean, nutrient-rich food for our local community.

We currently raise Grass Fed Lamb and Cracker Cattle, Pasture Raised Broilers, Turkeys and Tamworth Heritage Hogs.

Johnston’s Farm, LLC, “Your Local Clean Meat Connection,” is a small family farm business located in eastern Manatee county and serving southwest Florida.

Our goal is to produce healthy, nutritious food for families within our food shed. We have tried our best to model our farm after the practices of Joel Salatin’s “Polyface Farm.” We control all aspects of our farm business. Our animals are raised and slaughtered humanely, and we make sure that our pastured grass fed products are the best you can get. We raise and sell pastured poultry (chickens, eggs, turkeys) (All vegetable diet no animal by products), 100% grass fed and finished beef, and range Berkshire pork. Buying bulk beef and pork with a custom slaughter is the most cost effective way to purchase your meat, however we do offer USDA inspected cuts as well.

We use our hens and roosters as our natural pest control and fertilizer. We use no pesticides or artificial chemicals on our fields. We strive to feed our livestock the diet best for their digestive system, this in turn produces healthier, happier animals. Our grass fed animals are rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, CLA, and beta carotene. No antibiotics! No hormones! No chemical additives!

Longview Farms is a family farm in Havana, Florida built on the premise that healthy foods come from healthy soils. We feed the soil only natural, organic inputs and we use the interrelationship between animals and plants to build fertility in the soil and resilience in the animals. We raise cows, chickens, and pigs on pasture; and we rotate the cows and chickens regularly to add natural fertilizer to the soil while insuring the animals are eating the most nutritious grasses and legumes. We also raise seasonal vegetables in raised beds.

We have chosen our animal breeds very intentionally, insuring that they all match our intensive rotational grazing program and that they provide the best quality, best tasting meats. We raise Devon cows for our grassfed beef operation. Devons finish very well on grass; they are easy to handle; and they are excellent mothers. Our laying hens include Rhode Island Reds, Barred Plymouth Rocks, and Buff Orpingtons. The laying hens free-range all day under the watchful protection of our Great Pyrenees guard dogs. We raise Freedom Ranger broilers on pasture in moveable (Salatin style) chicken tractors. All of the chickens are fed a high quality, non-GMO feed from Kraut Creek Farms. Finally, we raise American Guinea Hogs (pork), a smaller heritage breed of pigs that are outstanding foragers and sweet tempered.

We sell directly to our customers through our mailing list, website, and Facebook page. We also have regular open houses on the farm when customers can visit the farm and buy directly from the farm store, and we sell through the Red Hills Online Market (www.rhomarket.com) each week. Our products include fresh eggs from our pastured chickens, whole broiler chickens raised on pasture, grass-fed beef, fresh vegetables and herbs, and various breads and pesto.

Love Life Ranch, located in South Florida, offers locally born and raised milk-fed and grassfed Beef and Lamb. 100% grassfed and grass finished goodness! We also offer local raw honey from bees that enjoy the nectar of sweet orange blossoms.

Love Life Ranch began as a desire to eat more nutritionally-dense foods from animals that live the happy life mother nature intended for them...lazily grazing on lush green pastures, resting under shady trees, and playing in the warm South Florida sunshine. Because our cattle and sheep are so healthy, they are raised without the need to use hormones or antibiotics. Our livestock are thriving on fresh pastures and forage without herbicides or pesticides.

We sell live sheep or lamb (available in whole, half, or quarter cuts) processed at a local USDA certified facility.

Our beef is sold in 10-lb., 20-lb. or 50-lb. boxed bundles. We also offer 1/4 cow, 1/2 cow or whole cow. Our beef is processed at a USDA certified facility and comes in individual cuts in vacuum-sealed and flash frozen packages.

Pasture Prime Wagyu produces 100% Grass-fed WAGYU “American Kobe” Beef.
AWA logo

We are among only a handful of farms in this country that produce 100% grass-fed Wagyu beef. The majority of our herd is purebred Wagyu. Over 90% of Wagyu meat produced in this country is only 50% Wagyu, which can lead to an inconsistent product.

Our Wagyu herd was obtained from the Blue Rock Cattle Co. owned by Jerry Pittenger, a founding father of the Wagyu breed in this country. Our family has been farming on the same homestead since 1976 with a commitment and passion for providing the highest quality products nature will allow. We spent 27 years in the dairy business before transitioning to sustainably raised beef, pork and poultry.

We are certified annually by the American Grass Fed Association and Animal Welfare Approved. We never use any antibiotics, hormones, or animal byproducts and all animals are treated with care and respect.

We raise several heritage breeds of hogs: Berkshire (Korobuta), Chester Whites, and Mangalitsa—the world famous “wooly pigs” from Austria and Hungary.
These animals spend most of their days in over 20 acres of wood, foraging for nuts, roots, and insects in addition to their supplemental feeds. The farm-produced bacon, sausage and delicious meats are beyond compare.

We also offer Pasture Raised Heritage White chickens. These birds are fed on a NON-GMO ration and taste like “chicken” is supposed to taste. We process regularly on the farm and can also provide free range eggs (for pick-up only).

See the Web Store on our website for a list of our products. Meat products can be ordered individually, vacuum packed and frozen. If you don’t see what you want, call/email as we can supply a number of additional items.

Meat purchases can be ordered and picked up @ the Brownwood Farmers Market in The Villages, FL. every Saturday or by appointment at the farm. We also ship by FedEx anywhere in the country. Most Florida FedEx deliveries are normally Next Day.

Many local fine dining establishments have featured our meats. Contact us for restaurant purchasing information.

Pastured Life Farm is a true family farm located in North Central Florida. After growing tired of city life living in the urban core of Jacksonville, we left the city to reconnect to the land and our food. Nearly a decade ago we began raising pasture-raised broiler (meat) chickens and layers for eggs, along with a few dairy and beef cows and a couple of pigs. Over time, we've grown into a full-scale pastured poultry, forest-raised pork and raw grass-fed dairy and creamery.

Our customers take comfort in the fact that each of our animals spends its entire life on our farm, and their quality of life is unmatched. We believe that animals should be raised locally, sustainable, and responsibly by healthy farmers for healthy families.

We place a large emphasis on building soil through perennial and annual native grasses, which enables us to raise our cows on a zero-grain diet, as nature intended. Our chickens and pigs receive the freshest non-GMO grains, tested and guaranteed by the producer to be free from herbicides, pesticides and synthetic fertilizers. (These results are available for us to share upon request.) All of our chickens are processed in our on-farm processing facility, and our pigs are dispatched here in a calm, humane manner before being transported to our nearby red meat processing facility.

We deliver weekly to designated drop points in Jacksonville; bi-weekly to St. Augustine and Gainesville; and monthly to Orlando, Tampa, Valdosta and Tallahassee. Please visit our website for additional information, or drop us a line via email to request our complete product price list and delivery information.

On farm pick-up and tours are always welcome and encouraged.

R & R Katahdin Hair Sheep Ranch raises all-natural grass fed American lambs for meat.

We use only natural fertilizers to grow our own forage to grow out our lambs. We are one of the few American lamb producers in the southeast US that produce all natural grass fed (gourmet) lamb carcasses that have a dress weight from 65 to 95 pounds and are under one year of age. Our young lambs dress out at 50% of their live weight.

When you purchase a grass fed lamb from our ranch you pay a per pound fee for the dress-out hanging weight of the lamb. This price covers the delivery from the Ranch to D & W processing plant in Wicksburg, Alabama.

By USDA law we can only sell you a whole lamb carcass that has been inspected by a USDA inspector. If you need to purchase just a few lamb cuts, contact D & W Processing at (334) 692-9977.

For more information visit our website or e-mail. Please contact Ron Prokop for current prices on lamb and processing fees.

Thank you.

At Twin Oaks Farm we offer real eggs !! Our hens are fed a USDA certified organic feed without soy added.

Our hens roam freely all day long. They scratch for greens and bugs and just have fun being hens. Our hens have never been medicated.
The same way we raise chicken for meat, our broilers are a slow growing breed, they are fed USDA certified organic feed and are pastured.

We also have a line of 100% natural preserves that are made of fruits (fresh, farm grown or locally grown) and organic sugar.

We are not USDA certified organic yet, but we are working on it, and therefore we can not sell our eggs or chickens with the organic label even if they are.
