Welcome to Gourmet Pasture Beef where fresh air, water, sunshine and lush pastures create a special beef unique to middle Tennessee. We use these natural ingredients to craft highly marbled works of art showcasing what first-class beef is meant to be; naturally wholesome with a rich, full flavor you will savor.

We raise only the finest grass-finished beef on high quality, local forages here in Robertson County. Rest assured we only offer beef made with natural ingredients - and never any artificial growth stimulants (hormones).

Each cut is hand butchered in a local USDA facility where it is dry-aged for a minimum of 14 days to insure you receive home raised quality in every bite! Treat yourself to a naturally juicy steak or make memorable dishes with our Gourmet ground beef and roasts conveniently delivered to your door.

When you simply want the best taste with nutritional advantages unique to grass-fed beef, trust the experience you will find in our products. Only the best for you and your family, from our pasture to your plate, as nature intended.

Grandview Farm is dedicated to preserving the natural balance of the land. We know exactly where our cattle originate, raising each on the same land where we live, work, and play. Our small-scale farm-raised beef is free of artificial impurities such as hormones, pesticides, and medications. The rotational grazing method practiced at Grandview Farm provides excellent forage for our cattle and the abundant wildlife such as coveys of quail, wild turkey, deer, and coyotes. A fresh water spring provides clean drinking water year-round.

Our cows are raised in a bucolic setting located in rolling hills of Wartrace, TN, home to world renowned Gallagher Gibson Guitars. Neighboring Bell Buckle is home of the annual Moon Pie Festival and The Webb School Craft Fair. The fertile soils of Middle Tennessee produce high quality forage which helps produce totally grass fed beef that is lower in fat and calories but richer in good fats such as Omega 3 fatty acids and the cancer fighting fat, CLA.

Grandview Farm beef is dry aged for a minimum of three full weeks for delectable taste when served at family mealtime. All cuts are available and daily delivery is available in the Middle Tennessee area.

Red Gates Farm raises grass-finished Angus and Angus-cross beef on rotationally grazed, naturally fertile bottomland pastures in the scenic Sequatchie Valley near Chattanooga, TN.

Treatment of the animals takes into account their emotional as well as physical needs. Shade and clean well water available in every pasture. Water supply is mobile to minimize erosion and compaction. No added hormones or antibiotics. Predator and songbird friendly. Quality of the grass and clover is managed by environmentally sensitive grazing practices, not chemical inputs. In order to better match the cattle to their environment, we are now using South Poll bulls to bring more heat and insect resistance to the herd while maintaining good grass finished meat quality. Visitors are welcomed.

Beef from small and medium-sized animals available by the quarter - aged, cut, cryo-vacced and labeled for pick-up at the nearby processor. Reasonable prices. Free copy of Pasture Perfect with first order.

The Top of the World Farm is the Sanders Family. Our parents had seven children and six of us are still here, directly involved on the farm everyday. There are now more than eight of us, and most of the time we number around fifteen farmers from ages 50+ down to 2 months old.

We raise Scotch Highland cattle, Khatadin sheep, and Tamworth cross pigs, which we offer for sale in quarters (for beef only), halves, and wholes.

We feed our cattle and sheep nothing but the fresh grass and hay that our 65 acres offer. Some of our pigs share a grass diet with the cows and sheep, but most spend their time in the woods rooting for nuts. We feed these latter pigs locally grown corn every day.

We give our animals no hormones, steroids, antibiotics, or anything else unnatural. We would only give antibiotics in an acute situation where antibiotics were necessary to save an animal's life. While we have encountered this before, we have never sold the meat from those animals to the public and don't intend to. We supplement our animals' diets with salt, kelp, and food grade diatomaceous earth.
